SCHOOL MODELS OF WATER TURBINES

We offer a compact, mobile model for short and effective demonstrations of the principle of our equipment. We can show you
how the water works on the turbine runner and transfers energy to the generator (alternator). We can demonstrate how the water works on the turbine runner with continual rotations and transfers to working rotations. The inner space of the equipment is lit up using LED emitting diodes. The entire equipment has been designed as a circulation system, powered by a pump which
simulates heads of up to 40m. The pump is controlled by a frequency convertor which regulates the end pressure of the water in the range of 0.5 atm to 4 atm. Two manually controllable nozzles allow the flow to be fluently regulated and are verified by
a digital flow measuring device. The end output is simulated by a lighting scale. Our technology is a great illustration of how pressure, amount of water and produced energy can work in tandem.
We are also intend to produce Banki turbine, Francis, Kaplan turbines!

PELTON TURBINE We specialise in micro-Pelton turbines, installed horizontally, with a direct connection to the generator. One- or two- nozzles are supplied in a compact monobloc including the generator and the regulation elements. The regulation is achieved electro-magnetic. Turbines for very high heads are equipped with deflector plates. The turbine runner is made from anticorrosive high strength steel in its highest quality thanks to CNC cutting technology. The turbine box, nozzles and other fittings are also made from stainless steel. The materials we use do not only ensure a long life of the equipment, yet also allow the equipment to be used with drinkable water. We have the relevant certification for such applications. Our equipment may be used on heads between 50 m and 500 m.
